At Oak Valley Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and stair treads; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that custom-cut orders or used products may be subject to specific restocking conditions to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that stair treads are flat and protected to prevent creasing or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Oak Valley

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our warehouse facility, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
